Day Six: A turkey twist on a Jucy Lucy.
When the temperature hits 80 and the sun is high in the sky, is there anything better than a juicy burger? How about a juicy burger that’s pretty healthy and stuffed with molten cheese?
Just a little ground turkey, some olive oil, panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper and garlic were all it took to wrap around a filling of feta cheese. We grilled the burgers to just right and served them with arugula pesto, roasted red peppers and mixed greens with some black bean chips and red pepper hummus on the side. Jucy Lucy’s lite.
