Day 10: Farmers market finds. 

The Twin Cities are home to some amazing farmers markets, but the closest to us is the small, friendly Richfield farmers market. But small doesn’t mean barren. Take, for example, this weekend’s abundance of treasures.

Snow pea pods, juicy strawberries, homemade salsa verde and (not pictured) a big package of bacon from a farm in central Minnesota where the pigs roam free. Assuming I don’t just snack on them all until they’re gone (a distinct possibility), what to do with our wealth of strawberries and snow peas … suggestions are welcome!
